Payment What payment options do you offer? On the web you can pay via PayPal or Nets Easy Checkout (card, invoice, installment payment, and Klarna via Nets).

In the store we use Zettle: cards, Swish and gift cards.

We do not accept cash.
Shipping & delivery What shipping options do you offer? We use DHL for deliveries.

PostNord is paused due to problems and pricing.

Shipping & delivery How long is the delivery time? Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.

Pre-orders and products that are not in stock will be sent to us upon arrival.

DHL normally delivers within 1–3 business days.

Please note: holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery time.
Shipping & delivery Where is my order? Pre-orders and items that are not in stock are shipped when they arrive and we receive an allocated quantity from the distributor. First come, first served.

If you have received shipping confirmation but no delivery within three working days, contact the carrier and provide the package ID.
Orders Can I add or remove products from my order? Yes. Contact us within 24 hours (does not apply to pre-orders), and we will help you change the order.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Orders Can I cancel, suspend or reverse my order? Yes. You have 14 days to return the item after receiving it.

Returned products must not be damaged due to careless handling.
Orders Can I order outside Sweden? Yes. We ship within Scandinavia and the Netherlands.
We hope to expand this in the future.
Orders How long is your processing time before the order is shipped? 1–3 working days for regular products.

Pre-orders and items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as they arrive.

DHL then delivers in 1–3 working days.
Pre-bookings & payment How does payment work for pre-bookings? Pre-orders are paid for at the time of ordering. This secures your place in the queue and allows us to order in time from our distributors.

If the publisher moves the release date, your pre-order is still valid. In the event of major delays, you can always cancel and get a refund.

Payment is debited immediately, even if you have chosen "pay later" with Klarna via Nets Easy Checkout.
Pre-bookings & payment When are pre-ordered products shipped? Pre-orders are sent as soon as the goods arrive to us from the distributor.

Deliveries are made in order of when the order was placed.

If the publisher or distributor reduces the allocation, smaller quantities may be delivered in multiple batches.
Pre-bookings & payment Can I cancel my pre-booking? Yes. You can cancel until we have started handling and packing.

Once the item is packed or we have booked shipping, it cannot be cancelled, but you still have the right to cancel once you have received the item.
