On this page you will find all our terms and conditions. We want to be clear about what applies when you shop with us, so that you as a customer can feel safe. Here we go through ordering, delivery, prices, right of withdrawal, complaints, personal data and other things that are important to you as a customer.
Our Terms and Conditions are designed to provide a fair, clear and legal basis for trading. When you shop at Pennybridge Collectibles you agree to these terms and conditions. We recommend that you read the entire page to ensure you understand what applies, especially if you are making a pre-order or ordering products that are shipped from overseas.

Notice: When purchasing pre-orderable products, the full amount will be charged directly at the time of ordering.
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at contact@pennybridgecollectibles.se .
Important! When purchasing products that can be pre-ordered the full amount is debited immediately at the time of ordering.
Pre-ordered products will be shipped on release day or as soon as we receive them in stock.
The right of withdrawal also applies to pre-orders. You can cancel your order at any time before the goods have been shipped, and you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the delivery according to the Distance Selling Act.
Our normal delivery times are 1-3 handling days, 1-3 delivery days after handling. NOTE: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.

All prices in the store are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices if necessary.
TCG and trading cards (for example Pokémon, Lorcana and Magic: The Gathering) may have prices that are adjusted according to market conditions. Some products we cannot purchase directly from distributors, and then the price is affected by our purchasing capabilities.
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date you have received the goods. This also applies to pre-orders. You can also cancel your order at any time before the product has been shipped.
6.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal
- Message should be sent to contact@pennybridgecollectibles.se with name, address, email address, order number and which goods the return applies to.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and condition of the products. Send well packaged and in original packaging.
- We can deduct for depreciation in the case of used/damaged products.
6.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed products where the seal has been broken.
- Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken.
- Custom-made products.
- Services performed with explicit consent.
- Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food.
- Serial numbers of newspapers/magazines.

We inspect all products before they are shipped. Should the product still be damaged or shipped incorrectly, we are legally obligated to fix the error free of charge.
Always contact us for approval before returning. Complaints should be made immediately after the defect is discovered.
7.1 How do you proceed?
Advertise to kontakt@pennybridgecollectibles.se . Please provide your name, address, email, order number and description of the error.
If we are unable to fix the error or deliver an equivalent product, we will refund the item. We will cover return shipping if the complaint is approved.
We can refuse a complaint if the product is not considered defective according to law. We follow ARN's guidelines, see arn.se .
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by Force Majeure (e.g. strike, fire, war, government decisions).
We are not responsible for changes to products made by the supplier.
We reserve the right to make corrections and final sales. We do not guarantee that images reflect the exact appearance of the products as color differences may occur depending on the screen and photo quality.

By shopping with us, you accept our data protection policy. We only collect information that is necessary to process your order. We never sell your information.
